Our state of art powder coating facility, using Italy COMPACT 1250 ITALTECNO system, provide our clients with varieties in profiles’ finishing. Our powder coating plant is designed and engineered to coat aluminium profiles and sheets using polyester thermosetting powders. This process has several advantages such as: .
Rapid color change High efficiency curing system Higher quality of aluminium profiles because movement of the profiles during coating treatment is eliminated.
Our coating line has also been certified with capability to comply with any of the following standards.
AAMA 2605-98 - ASTM - BS 6496- DIN 50939 - Or equivalent

The Powder Coating plant, together with other plants, has been certified ISO9001:2008 compliance by TUV SUD PSB Pte Ltd. Besides, we have also been awarded certificate of compliance under PSB's product listing scheme for "powder coated aluminium window extrusions and panels".
